WHO WE ARE
Scott Kelley and Brittney Bello co-founded SolV at the start of 2016 with the mission to advise on health benefits differently. Health insurance is notorious for backroom deals, undisclosed compensation, and secretive relationships that extract value rather than produce it. Scott and Brittney saw a deep need for competence, integrity, and a commitment to truth in the industry.
SolV is a response to that need. We help employers and their employees fight back against a healthcare system that takes advantage of them at every opportunity. From outrageous hospital bills and improperly priced drugs to unsuitable insurance policies and embedded conflicts of interest, we have seen it all. Our Why is to combat such greed by putting the interests of those we serve above our own. This “why” informs everything we think, say, and do. It is our core value.
